We understand that HR managers need clear, prompt and reliable answer (yes or no) for their questions. Our expertise allow us to provide our answer without significant researches and we use our international expertise during our answers.

Templates and tailoring

During our work we have realized that with good templates a company can manage without significant legal assistance.

We provide our templates (contract, draft policies) to our clients on a fixed rate basis (downloadable for our existing clients) and we are happy to tailor it for the special need of our clients.

Representation in Litigation matters

We have successfully managed over 50 litigation procedures. Although we love litigation our aim is mainly to settle any disputes in an amicable manner. We do not represent individuals in order for avoiding any possible conflicts.

TUPE and outsourcing

We have extensive experience in transactions and we do believe that the employment part can be a key-issue. We believe that if the e-employees are protected by the employer (e.g. during an outsourcing project) the possible litigation can be avoided or at least mitigated.

Data Protection

We respect privacy as a constitutional right of all employees. Our aim is to protect the employers from claim and to find the equilibrium between the interest of the employer and the rights of the employees.

Discrimination

Did you ever thought that discrimination can be questioning Hungary? Our aim is to mitigate the risks of any discrimination claims and to prevent any possible discrimination claim.
